Create an account to begin earning points and accessing member perks. As your relationship with RealFaith grows through giving, recurring support, or an active RealFaith App subscription, you can unlock additional membership levels and benefits.

Your membership level determines the perks and opportunities available to you, while your points can be used to redeem eligible perks.

There are three membership levels:

Basic — Your starting point. Shop RealFaith, earn points, and access entry-level perks and discounts.

Contributor — For those who support RealFaith through qualifying giving. Contributors can earn additional points and access an expanded selection of products, discounts, and perks.

The Remnant — Our highest membership level for qualifying donors and active RealFaith App subscribers. Remnant members receive access to our broadest selection of benefits, including exclusive products, digital perks, special offers, and other Remnant opportunities.

Some Remnant benefits have additional giving, location, or offer-specific requirements.

Membership levels are based on your relationship with RealFaith—not simply on the number of points you have.

Shopping and eligible engagement begin your membership experience at the Basic level. Qualifying giving can move you into Contributor, while qualifying recurring or significant giving can move you into The Remnant.

An active paid RealFaith App subscription also qualifies you as a Remnant member, although some donor-specific Remnant benefits have additional requirements.

Your membership level will update according to the qualifying activity associated with your account.

The Remnant is RealFaith's highest membership level—a community of people committed to participating in and supporting the mission of getting Bible teaching out to more people.

The Remnant includes qualifying donors as well as active RealFaith App subscribers on any paid plan.

Remnant membership provides access to our broadest membership experience, including exclusive products, digital benefits, special offers, points opportunities, limited drops, and other eligible Remnant perks.

Some benefits are tied to specific forms or levels of support, so not every Remnant benefit has the same eligibility requirements.

There are several ways to qualify for The Remnant. You may qualify by:

• Maintaining an active paid RealFaith App subscription, including the minimum paid plan.
  
• Maintaining a qualifying recurring donation to RealFaith.
  
• Making a single donation of $1,000 or more within the last 12 months.
  
• Giving a combined total of $2,500 or more through multiple donations within the last 12 months.
  

Specific benefits within The Remnant may have additional requirements.

Yes. All active paid RealFaith App subscribers are part of The Remnant, including subscribers on the minimum paid plan.

App subscribers have access to applicable Remnant membership benefits and digital perks. However, some donor-related benefits—particularly physical premium gifts—have separate giving, request, and geographic requirements.

Being a Remnant member through an app subscription therefore does not automatically qualify a member for every donor-specific premium gift.

All qualifying Remnant members are part of the same membership level, but some individual benefits have additional eligibility requirements.

For example, some physical premium gifts require a specific minimum monthly giving amount. App subscribers may have different conditions for requesting an eligible premium gift, and physical fulfillment is currently limited geographically.

You can earn points through eligible activities across RealFaith.

These can include shopping at the RealFaith Store, subscribing to email or SMS, connecting with RealFaith on social media, using the RealFaith App, donating, maintaining recurring support, and other qualifying activities.

Yes. Eligible RealFaith Store purchases currently earn 5 points for every $1 spent.

Yes. Eligible giving can earn additional points.

Depending on your membership and the type of giving, earning opportunities may include a first qualifying donation, occasional giving, recurring monthly support, and bonuses for maintaining qualifying recurring support.

Eligible Remnant donors can receive additional points while their qualifying recurring support remains active.

Current opportunities may include monthly recurring points and a quarterly bonus for maintaining qualifying recurring support throughout the applicable quarter.

These earning opportunities are separate from redeeming points for perks.

Your membership level reflects your qualifying relationship with RealFaith.

Your points are earned through eligible activities and can be used to redeem available perks.

This means accumulating more points does not automatically move you from Basic to Contributor or from Contributor to The Remnant.

Points can be redeemed for eligible RealFaith perks. Depending on your membership level and current availability, these may include:

These may include limited apparel designs, member-only merchandise, special product drops, exclusive bundles, digital resources, early-access opportunities, and other offers created specifically for The Remnant.

Some exclusive perks may require points to redeem or may have additional eligibility requirements.

Premium gifts are special Remnant benefits separate from points-based perks. Each physical premium gift has its own minimum monthly giving requirement. Active paid RealFaith App subscribers are also Remnant members and may receive eligible premium gifts by request, subject to the requirements of each offer.

As RealFaith Store orders, physical premium gifts are currently available only in the United States and Canada. Members outside these countries can still access eligible digital perks and benefits.

At this time, the RealFaith Store serves customers in the United States and Canada.

Members outside those countries can still participate in eligible digital aspects of RealFaith Membership and access digital perks available to their membership level.

A premium gift is a special benefit with its own qualification requirements. For donor premium gifts, this can include a specified minimum monthly giving amount. Eligible App subscribers may have request-based access under the conditions of the particular offer.

A points perk is something you redeem using points you've earned through eligible RealFaith activities.

In simple terms:

Premium Gift: Qualify for the offer → receive or request the applicable benefit.

Points Perk: Earn points → accumulate enough points → redeem an available perk.

Some perks may be exclusive to The Remnant and also require a certain number of points to redeem.

For example, an exclusive apparel design may only be visible or available to Remnant members while also requiring points for redemption.

Think of it this way:

Your membership level determines access. Your points determine redemption.

Sign in to your RealFaith Store account and visit the Perks section of the Membership page.

Available perks will show the number of points required and, when applicable, the membership level or other requirements needed to access them.

Choose an eligible perk for which you have enough points and follow the redemption instructions.

The required number of points will be deducted from your available balance when you redeem a points-based perk.

Any remaining points stay in your account so you can continue saving toward other available perks.

Your member account area will display your current available points and give you access to the applicable membership features.

While signed in, visit the Your Claimed Perks or account history area of the Membership page.

There you can review applicable perks you've already redeemed. Your points history can also show how points have been earned and used.

Yes. Your RealFaith Store account allows your eligible points, membership status, purchases, and redeemed perks to be associated with you.

Whenever possible, use the same email address across your RealFaith interactions so your eligible activity can be correctly connected with your membership.

Eligible RealFaith App activities can earn points when they are listed as earning opportunities in Get More Points.

App registration, eligible subscriptions, and qualifying renewals may have different point values and requirements.

Remember that an active paid RealFaith App subscription also qualifies you as a Remnant member, regardless of which paid subscription plan you have.

Membership levels depend on continuing to meet the applicable requirements.

If you no longer meet the requirements for your current level, your membership may be moved to the appropriate lower level according to the program's eligibility rules.
